Contemporary rustic cardboard with handwritten titles on the spine; sedicesimo, 19 cm; pp. 110 (2); very slight damage to the endpapers in correspondence of the nerves, overall excellent copy. Ornate friezes and initials; 14 copper engraved plates, two of which folded, which include the frontispiece with an allegory of the author intent on drafting the treatise, a coat of arms, 10 fold-over representations of birds and two with illustrative diagrams of hunting techniques.
